    Great for pre-teen boys

We have a regular Pop-A-Shot game and have loved it. This one doesn’t disappoint. Our 2 sons have given it a workout and it’s held up. They love it.

    Another winner from Pop-A-Shot

I’m a big basketball fan—and a big fan of Pop-A-Shot. I’ve bought several of their arcade basketball games and have loved them all, so I was really excited to see they came out with an over the door game. And it doesn’t disappoint—it’s so much fun right out of the box. It sets up easily—there’s really no assembly. I love that you can use it as a traditional shooting game, like a Pop-A-Shot arcade, with scoreboard and announcer. Or break out your inner jammer and start dunking (and still get the announcer—I’ve never seen that on a game). Overall, another slam dunk from Pop-A-Shot.

My kids love this basketball door hang toy. It’s top quality. They’re kinda rough with it but it can take a beating. Worth the money

  5. Question

    Bob brown

How much ceiling clearance is needed? Do you need “high” ceiling?

Hi Bob, since the height at which the Super Slam is played on is dependent on the door it is placed on, ceiling clearance is more of a personal preference. For all other Pop-A-Shot models, it is recommended to have at least 2″ of clearance between your ceiling and the top of your game. Way too fun!!!

I don’t ever remember having this much fun with other hoops I bought for my kids. Where was this when I was a kid? Love the sturdiness of it and the audio is a hoot. Going to get one for my office too. Highly recommend.

I have this item at my home. I had an old Skilz one, but this one is much better. And the Announcer is great. It’s like having a real pro announcer there, making comments about the game.

I was lucky enough to get an early release of this game. I’ve played a lot of these over-the-door basketball games and this is hands down the best. First of all, it’s really sturdy. But what really makes the game stand apart is when you play the game. The announcer is great. He’ll say things like “You’re on Fire” and “En Fuego!” POP A SHOT is THE NAME in basketball shooting games.

I was nervous about ordering this because there weren’t many reviews. We’ve only had it for a day, but are very impressed with the quality. Very sturdy and fun.
