The game is also powered by either AA-battery power or AC adapter per player preference and has wheels, making transportation easy. Now, you can truly play your own style.
Made from sturdy 1 ½” steel tubes with a powder coating to eliminate rusting and chipping and a thick nylon ramp, the Home Dual Shot can withstand continual use for years. The frame and backboard are much thicker and sturdier than those of most other arcade basketball games. Plus, we’ve gone back to the lab to rework the adjustable height settings to allow for easy sliding between all 3 height options; no more removing the backboard to raise or lower your game. When not in use, the game can be folded to 37” deep (from 88”) and easily moved using the wheels, unique to the Home Dual Shot.

If your Home Dual Shot is not accurately scoring baskets:
- Make sure the sensors are accurately and securely plugged into the scoring unit in back.
- Make sure the sensors are securely attached to the backboard.

If the scoring is still not accurate:
Remove the net from the basket that isn’t working. Shoot some baskets and see if they’re counted. If the baskets are counted with the nets removed: The sensors are fine and you just need to adjust them in order for them not to hit off the net. Make sure the sensors are on straight. If they are angled (up/down or to the side) they may be sensing the net or rim in front and thus missing baskets. If the baskets are not counted with the nets removed: You may have a faulty sensor (this is very uncommon). Please contact us.

We gave this to my kids for Christmas and they have enjoyed it for months. It is very sturdy and holds up well. Friends, including adults, also come over and enjoy it. Great game for basements and a rainy day.

We got the Home Pop-a-Shot for our son recently, for the basement. He said he didn’t want it, that he’s too old to use it (you know, too-cool-for-school pre-teens)… but once it was up, he and his friends have really loved playing it. All the different game types help change things up. It’s a great activity to do indoors when it’s too cold outside or the weather isn’t cooperating. Totally worth the money. It was very easy to build – I did it myself in less than an hour. I did need a hand from my tall husband to put up the scoreboard. Some of the instructions are hard to understand, but if you have a mechanical mind you can figure it out. I also think they have videos to help decipher the instructions (mostly pictures). The Pop-a-Shot is also pretty sturdy and looks like it will hold up to some abuse! My husband was worried it would not be a good product for the price, but he changed his mind once it was put together. Don’t hesitate to get this thing!

The campground I work at has this game but it has taken some damage over time. The hopped keep pulling out of the backboard. We can fix that but one of the hoops went missing. What would it cost for a new hoop?

In the internet age it’s very rare to come across something that the whole family loves. However, the dual pop a shot has been a huge hit with our family and we’ve already spent tons of time the last few weeks trying to beat each other. In a testament to how great the company is we had a small issue but Mike responded immediately to our concerns and made it better (and then some)! Cannot recommend this product or this company enough.

I’m trying to fold up the system like in the pictures. However on the lowest rim height setting it doesn’t appear the bars will fold vertically. The bar hits the rims preventing it from fully closing. Is that correct?

Hi Jennifer, to fold your Home Dual Shot, lift the game from the #9 Lean Bar and fold it toward the rims. Grab one of the rims and slightly crank it up like you’re driving a motorcycle while simultaneously folding the #9 Lean Bar under the rims.
