While we've had the whole set for two years now (love it!), I wanted to just give a shout out to the customer service team for really stepping up and getting us the rim as a replacement part. It didn't come in a timely fashion, no worries they sent another over night no questions asked. Gotta say, LOVE the service here, top notch and much appreciated.
