RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Pop-A-Shot. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your game to return it. To be eligible for a return, your game must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your game must be in the original packaging and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to return your item. Additionally, please note that a $15 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Note: Parts, accessories, and any custom produced games are non-returnable items and the sale of these items is final.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Due to the nature of custom-produced games, no refund can be given for these items and all sales are final.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a set amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
