Pop-A-Shot Super Slam Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

**1. Eligibility:**
- The Pop-A-Shot Super Slam Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

**2. How to Enter:**
- To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow @popashot on Instagram.
- Participants must submit their entry form by November 17, 2023, at midnight (Central Time) to be eligible for any of the giveaways.
- One entry per person.

**3. Prize:**
- The prize for the Giveaway is one (1) Pop-A-Shot Super Slam basketball game with a retail value of $39.99.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

**4. Winner Selection:**
- The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
- The drawing will be conducted each day following from 11/14-11/18.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or email by 11/20 and will be required to respond to claim the prize.

**5. General Conditions:**
- By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Pop-A-Shot, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
- Pop-A-Shot reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Pop-A-Shot is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction or other problems that may arise in connection with the Giveaway.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
